Limerick to Waterford?

Hi, I got a referral to the Whitfield clinic so looks like I'll be heading up to Waterford from Limerick. I don't drive so that just leaves two options train and bus. Any recommendations? I'm guessing the train would be more comfortable (and faster?) but a bit more hassle since there's no direct trains from Limerick to…

No advice on how to get there, Just bear in mind it could be a long day. I left limerick at 7am and returned at 8pm and i was driving myself.

I had a consultation, dye injection, MRA and the a consultation with specialist.

So factor this into public transport times.
