Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Enjoyed that pre-match interview with Wenger. Legend.

Jaysus the belly on some of them lads.

If we don't put 4 or 5 past them it'd be an utter disgrace. One of our lads earns more than their whole squad combined.

Wenger just interviewed there. Still a class act.

Must say that was nice sentiments he expressed during his interview....he still needs to go though :)

Cringe worthy from the BBC commentator - talking about the Sutton fans "for whom Costa is a coffee and Kane a stick"

If this is under a 5 goal win I'd be surprised.

The Arsenal team has far too much quality to be kept out for long.

Still, a good day out for Sutton.

Aye. Should be a 4 or 5 nil game. I'd be surprised at any other result.

Good to see Mertesacker back in the squad.

he wont do much harm tonight id imagine but Mertesacker is finished. He shouldnt have got a new contract either. That said we are hardly defending vigorously without him

The pitch looks lovely. Just like Dundalk's.

I think his importance in the squad is more than just his playing ability.

Is it time to bring Sanchez on yet?

    Walcott is such trash

Hes is just brain dead. All he had to do was slip Perez in there out wide but just smashes it into there full back.

Sounds ridiculous but he should be starting tonight

If he has to come on at all it's a shocking indictment.

It's amazing how often Walcott can't beat the first man even at this level.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,363 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

Iwobi is playing like this is beneath him.

Iwobi is too predictable, vastly over rated.

If Walcott is braindead, no idea what the term is for Xhaka

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,382 ✭✭✭✭greendom

Xhaka a liability even at this level

Nice goal Lucas. Give the man more games.

That's it now anyway. Maybe the shackles will come off a little bit now and they can cut loose

    Haha for missing the flick?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,114 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Walcott tried his best to deflect the ball towards the keeper. :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,796 ✭✭✭✭Francie Barrett

    Iwobi! :pac:

    Exactly, confusing the 'keeper!

Ah to be fair to him though he did make a good run. He got into a good position if nothing else

    He'd want to for 100k a week!

Last thing we need is Elneny getting injured.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,404 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

    Hope Elneny is ok.

Is that Jenas laughing at a challenge worthy of a red card?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,745 ✭✭✭✭AdamD

    Let's all cheer awful tackles

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,404 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Elneny is still limping and should be substituted before it gets worse.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,796 ✭✭✭✭Francie Barrett

Sutton offering very little here, Arsenal should really be making mincemeat out of them.

Graham LeSaux - equally as bad.

Sutton should have forced a save there!

    WTF Ospina. Retarded

Rubbish from Ospina and exactly why I don't think he is anywhere near our first choice keeper
