Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Surely another big defeat makes Wenger's position untenable. Klopp got his player up for this game after the Leicester defeat, our players look like they couldn't give a ****. The comes from there being no repurcutions from the manager.

If we had a normal board I'd agree but this board appear to be giving Wenger an awful lot of leeway.

You're going to miss the spirited, just falling short fightback for Liv 3-2 Arse.

I'll take that, I've both to score Pool to win!

This could be interesting, over 10 games left and now we're in a proper race for 4th.

Any recipes going to make this more palatable?

Which players have been playing badly and should be punished? i.e. which players should be punished and not have been starting today? Coq should be, but unfortunately we are short in the middle right now.

Which players have been playing well?

Oh yeah, answer my question with a question. I guess what you're saying is we should be playing the under 21's. Shame they aren't registered to play in the Premier League.

Why did Wenger bother to turn up? He could have conducted this awful mess from his living room. A shambles.

Think your frustration are better aimed at Wenger and the players who are letting you down

You made a statement, I asked you to say who should be punished and how. Not an unreasonable question.

The punishment is obvious, drop them
    Walcott
    Coq
    Xhaka
    Bellerin
    Iwobi

    Get Walcott on.

Mane totally did Kos there. Could have cost us.

    Walcott is dropped
Coq and Xhaka were our only available central/defensive midfielders
Bellerin is still better than having Gab at RB.
    Iwobi fair enough.

I look at this Liverpool team we're losing to, and all I can see is mediocrity. Not a single one of them will be remembered in twenty years time. Then I remember we're losing and I question how many of our players will be remembered. Very little is the only conclusion I can come to. :o

I have no faith in Monreal. He's jumping up and down on the spot, while Mane goes straight past him.

Walcott and Perez coming on. This will hopefully be good to watch.

I cant remember Walcott having a good game against Pool, ever.

What did Xhaka do for that yellow?

Complained that Can didn't get a yellow for taking out Walcott.

It was definitely Walcott that got taken out by Can....unless he took out Perez afterwards as well?

Sorry. Edited my post too late. I don't know why I thought it was Perez in the middle of that.

Liverpool players just throwing themselves on the deck now.

If we miss out on CL football for next season i hope some of these jokers are going to be made take a cut in pay.

Liverpool are there for the taking. Prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Arsenal.

    I was close. :p

I was gonna say this year's "success" will be chasing 4th. :/

You got it on the money. Let's not include the offside goal there.

Better off missing out. It might galvanise the owners with the loss of 40 million plus. We are not deserving of a place.

We need to make the transition of getting a new manager.

There was a time a defeat to is whats in all honesty a weak liverpool side like this would have hurt, now i don't even raise an eyebrow to mediocre garbage like this performance & result, I've become numb to anything this team can throw at me... never thought i'd ever feel this way about The Arsenal, the 10 year old me would be utterly disgusted at the way this team has allowed me to no longer care what they do.

Not surprised really, it was more of the same stuff we've been subjected to all year.
I really think this is the year that the top 4 record comes to an end
