Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I see Wilshere is just a sub sub again today. Do you guys think he's coming back? Do we want him back?

I'd take him on the basis that he always puts in a shift when he's fit and he genuinely loves the club. A positive influence to have around the place.

Take him back and send Ramsey there instead like should have been the case in the 1st place

My tuppence worth. I always thought wilshire was twice the player Ramsay ever was. I genuinely think arsenal would be 8 points better off this season had he been a starter.

If Wilshere stayed at Arsenal this season, I doubt he would have even played 8 games before getting a season ending injury.

In fairness Ramsey is hardly a shining beacon of fitness either

There's a van carrying a billboard driving down various motorways before today's game, protesting against Wenger :o Makes the planes look less embarrassing.

Fully expect Xhaka and Coq to be completely over run in mid. Weak.

Haven't watched City in ages but they're lining up with a midfield of Silva, KDB, Sterling, Sane and Navas. Does that seem like their normal lineup or is Pep going all out attack on us? Actually looking forward to this match. With Ozil back, think we'll get the win.

The optimism is what kills you. Don't do this to yourself.

Sh*te that it's come to this.

A meaningless match really. Even if we win we'll only fück it up against a West Brom or a Swansea anyways. Fighting for fourth and fifth place in the league when you're the fifth richest club in the WORLD.

I personally think the club needs change but to lower yourself to banners and planes is pathetic tbh.

Maybe it's just me but I never like seeing teams mingling and hugging and having a laugh before a game. Doesn't really sit right

Was there a protest before today's game?

    Wow. Them empty seats.

    Wow. Them empty seats.

Empty seats dont really matter. I was talking to someone a week or two ago whose Dad is a season ticket holder. He's frustrated with the current situation and won't go to games but won't give up his ticket. The money is still rolling in so doesnt matter if the place is 90% empty - the finances are still healthy.

First aguero, then sterling then the same ball for sanè. Wow we are utterly VILE. Can't defend for peanuts.

    Get the F out wenger.

Could be looking at another 5-1 here ......depressing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,456 ✭✭✭wonga77

Great finish it must be said but even though it's early the warning signs were there, gonna be a good few goals today id say

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,513 ✭✭✭✭MEGA BRO WOLF 5000

Three balls through the middle 1v1s on Ospina already. It's laughably bad. I'm so utterly dejected and beaten down. I'll take any manager over this shít.

Mustafi - Wengers worst ever signing.

With a little luck, Navas will get a second yellow before half time.

No idea how özil wasn't given a foul right in front of their box

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,116 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Ospina was terrible for the goal.

Yeah 2 fouls already, we should be bringing everything down that side and run at him

    Shambolic stuff at the minute

Yea, get them down to 10 men, then we might only concede 4 goals. Good thinking.

Harsh with the yellow for Coq there. Minimal contact.

Fairly typical Coquelin really. Said to my mate there that him or Xhaka will likely get themselves sent off for **** all.

Reminds me of when Gary and Phil Neville were opposing captains and Gary wouldn't even look at Phil in the tunnel.

    Any sign of Walcott yet?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,306 ✭✭✭sonic85

Jesus Christ this game has been dire so far. Fcuking hell

Arsenal actually look like there's something wrong with them when it comes to decision making.

I like Xhaka but he's a massive liability. What a stupid tackle
