Receiving money back after cancelling old policy

    Hi there. I recently got a new car so set up a new policy with you. I cancelled my previous policy for my old car but the monthly direct debit of 68 euro had already been debited from my account the previous day. When I was setting up the new policy, I was assured that money would be credited back into my account. This was a few days ago so I am wondering how long it will take to get this back?
