I am looking to put new wheels onto my bike, Its has disc brakes and they are centrelock discs on the existing wheels.

Brakes are Shimano BR-RS805 with RT-99S diameter: 160 mm discs.

I am looking at the Fulcrum Racing Quattro Carbon Clincher Wheelset (Disc) and they have 2 options: AFS and 6-Bolt , Is AFS the same as centrelock?

Here are the new wheels: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/fulcrum-racing-quattro-carbon-clincher-wheelset-disc/

Yep as far as I know, only 6 bolt in stock though. lovely set of wheels

Lot of money to spend, what about these 90g in the difference?

True very little weight in the difference , If I bought wheels that are only 6 bolt and then new discs that are 6 bolt should they just fit as normal into the brake calipers ? Or do they align differently ?

Don't worry about the discs/brakes. They should be fine. If you're buying like for like the following is irrelevant!

For the record there are conversion kits from centre lock to 6 and vice versa and none mention anything about brakes/discs.

I found the DT swiss ones the easiest to use. 6 to Centre lock.https://www.bike24.com/p26224.html

They come with DT Swiss disc wheels, I think. They came with mine!

I have a pair of these on my good bike

Cheaper and lighter than those above. Very happy with them. Am looking at hunt wheels for next build too

Was that a bike from Canyon? If so it might be worth checking the box of "stuff" that came with it. It might have a set of those Centre locks yokes in it. Mine did.

Yes and you were right, there's a pair in the box.

They are wayyyy handier to use than the shimano ones, if you decide to get another set of wheels.

I have found that when swapping between Disc brake wheels on my bike, its best to slightly loosen the calipers, then fit the wheels and pull "a" lever tight, then tighten the caliper.

That way it should be fine for said wheel.

    Mine was an Inflite btw.

That's good to know now, maybe with the weight on the dt Swiss being low enough I might have no real advantage to change them.
