Banking 365 locked

I got my pin wrong twice and it says my account may be locked and tells me to ring customer services. I've hardly been blocked after just making a mistake twice? That's bound to happen to people a lot especially when people are using smartphones with tiny keyboards.
How do I unlock my account if it is locked? Because even when I enter my correct pin now it says it's wrong

For security reasons if you enter your 365 Pin incorrect twice it will lock automatically.

To have your 365 Pin reset you will need to call BOI Direct on 0818365365/0035314044000 and a representative will be happy to assist you.

Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8am-midnight and 9am-6pm weekends and bank holidays.

Also you only ONE CHANCE to enter your code when you are talking to a BoI rep if you get that one wrong then they have to send out a new code.
