    Were you thinking of buying a 3 bed & converting the attic?

    You Might want to consider the 4 bed semis over 3 floors instead.
    They are 375k which is only 30k more than the 3 bed semis now that the 3 bed semis have increased to 345k.

    Floor plan of the 4 beds over 3 floors;

    Thank you for advice. At this moment 3 bed is top of my budget - just thinking to do it (if possible) in near future if I buy the house
