Would a toilet bowl fall under household item? :)

Yeah it would. A little bit of advice, don't get too hung up on the household item thing. This was the question asked....

Would I use/find this thing at home?

And my best response to that was....

    3. Yes (Almost always) but it's not a household item per se.

So you would normally use it/find it in someone's home but it doesn't hold a specific household function in the same sense that a Playstation would normally be found/used at home. Hope that makes it a bit clearer :)

    So far:
    Man-made
    Found worldwide
Used / found in the home, but not a household item
    Not metal, not plastic
    Not used outdoors, usually
    Wouldn't walk on it
    Movable "with the right set-up"

A lot of pointers to an item of furniture except they'd mostly be considered household items...

Movable with the right setup is a really weird answer, like what set up lets you move a couch around easier than another?

    Telephone perhaps

I know, it is weird but I hope you'll understand why I said that when you see the answer :D. It doesn't require much energy to transport that's for sure. It could be awkward to move for another reason than weight or bulk ;)

    13. I would say yes - Hard to estimate but it's something most households will have or had at least at some point over the years.

Would you usually hang it on a wall?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,397 ✭✭✭✭Digital Solitude

    Toilet paper tube perhaps
    Packaging

Is it used on it's own?

As in, if it's a shoe box, you trash it when you get the shoes so the actually shoebox isn't used on it's own
