    Hi all. Ive seen a few had this problem and ive had it fixed .

    1st to get the frozen screen of choose language away .go close to the box and on the remote press and hold help button and ok button together until the red light box flashes . Problem is that remote has unpaired and this will reset the box .

    After all the waiting your tv guide will come back but you might notice you are unsubsrcibed from your channels if thats the case go to menu go to settings then advance settings and do a factory reset. This has fixed my horizon box..
