Nokia 222 - names not appearing in car bluetooth

HI,

Nokia 222, the names are not appearing in car Bluetooth.

The numbers are syncing OK. Instead of the contact name it is the number displayed again.

Any ideas?

Try going into your contacts and share via bluetooth. I think you have to go through each one unless there's a mark or select all option.

Thanks when I try sending it directly via bluetooth I get

connection rejected by other device.

Names have never appeared. Only numbers.

Are the contacts saved on the sim or the phone. Would changing the storage location do anything I wonder.

Some were on Sim some on phone. Just moved one from Sim to phone and imported contacts again. Still no names.

Tried renaming some contacts.

Wonder why connection is being rejected.

Does the skoda pick up any other devices

Yes It does pick up other phones.

Something going wrong between this phone model and the BT.

BT version on this is 3.0 whats the year of car and BT version. And does it support all forms such as HPF and OPP.
