Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Phone not topped up?

    I topped up my phone sunday with €20. Nothing happened. Took it as a sunday issue. Topped up again with €10 Monday morning(today) and phone still not topped up

    Statement shows money has gone. Meteor saying to talk to you.

    We’ll need to have a look at the top up to see what’s happened. Please can you send us an ‘Ask a Question’ through the 365 Online helpdesk with the details.

    In your message please include the phone number that was topped up as well as the name of your network provider and we’ll check this for you.
