Madden Ultimate Team Advice

So myself and my housemate have only recently got into madden (Played for a couple of years but only started playing online this year). We have built up a pretty decent team in our opinion but we're now at a bit of a standstill as we have completed all the solos. I am wondering if you guys have any advice on improvements…

I am wondering if you guys have any advice on improvements we can make to our team or any tips for playing online. We have worked our way up to All Pro Second String and are now starting to struggle.
