Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi ,

I closed my current account last May and my credit card around June. I was never issued with a letter of closure. How do I go about getting this? As I have been charged stamp duty by my new bank which will be refundable based on this letter.

    Hi fuzzy_d2,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie

What you'll need is a Government Stamp Duty Exemption letter. If you'd like to send us a private message here we'll be happy to arrange a call to get this issued to you. To send a private message just click the link under my signature. If you can't see a link you'll need to edit your settings in Control Panel to 'View Signatures' and ensure you have private messages enabled.

Alternatively, you can contact the Credit Card Team directly on 0818 251 251 or 00353 567757303.

    Thanks
    Tara
