    It's a nightmare, and like you said the figures are diluted by rural areas. There are so few rentals available that landlords have full control and you are terrified to do anything to piss your landlord off.

    They didn't fall that much relatively here. Was never the same collapse and glut like other places (the midlands especially). I certainly wouldn't call them very low, luckily I'm out if that game. Feel sorry for others though
