DSL Sync drop and performance

    Hey guys,
    Hoping that I can get an issue looked at if at all possible.
    Reported an issue on Monday via Tech Support and got the answer of the line being faulty. KN were to call to the FTT cab and investigate, hadn't heard anything and service didn't improve. As I hadn't heard anything up till today so I made a follow up call and was fobbed off with a Eir Modem Firmware line. I'm hoping that I can get someone to look at the issue properly and a KN Engineer to cab if at all possible.

    Issue:
    Since Monday (at the same time engineer was at the local cab.) My DSL sync has been dropping randomly...at first it there was no reason for it. After the initial call to Eir and later that evening it has settled but tends to drop off when I start downloading. 
    The line as of Sunday was max capable of a 120M Down and 28M up sync with the cabinet/dslam. Its now only capable of 70M down and 20 up. Profile seems to be set at approx 70, but can drop to 60. 

    Id appreciate if I can get a call back or issue investigated
