Mass concrete shed to utility/laundry room

    Hi folks

I've decided to convert my old mass concrete coal shed in the garden as it is going to be a bugger to remove, was quoted €1000 to get it removed and ground levelled (about 2x3m and joined to neighbours garden wall). I thought I'd stick utilities out there and plumber says its easy and cheap enough job. My question is what needs to be done to ensure airflow and warmth is optimised so that drying is efficient? What insulation needs to go in?

Another question would be is a mass concrete shed easy enough to knock down and is that quote of €1000 a bit steep?

    Cheers
