Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is this available in all Tesco's or is it just the end of a line product being sold off cheap in one store?

What union would encourage less than half the workforce to go on strike. All or nothing FFS. Bloody loon union, it even defeats the definition of a union

Anyway, good deal on the jerry can!

Why? The public are under no obligation to support strikers.

Can you not fill them with diesel?

Absolutely no reason you can't use them for diesel.

I tend to try and fill up before the fuel light comes on for peace of mind and to ensure the longevity of my fuel pump. If you drive a diesel and are the type that play Russian roulette with the amount of fuel in your tank and risk running out along the road or want to use for diesel plant/ machinery there is absolutely no reason why you can't put diesel into the tank.

Goes without saying, don't mix petrol and diesel.

Got 2 in Wexfjord today. I've been using an old oil container for my chainsaw fuel. :)

Thanks for the heads up OP.

I think it's still important not to shop at any in support of their workers

    I'm the OP for this.

I have to say I'm thrilled it was of use to people.
I've benefitted from some great bargain alerts off this thread in the past.

Glad I finally managed to make my own contribution.

... now if I could just find a lawnmower to go with the petrol can.....
