Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Visa Debit Card

Hi. I need to get a new Visa Debit card sent to me as the old one has expired. We have recently moved to a new home - our mortgage is with BOI. I spoke to a guy on 365 Online but he informed me he can't change the address despite my current account and mortgage being with the same bank. Why make it easy for your customers I suppose.

I tried to change the address on 365 online but I’m required to enter a security code. I may have gotten one years ago I don’t know where it is and don’t think I have ever used it. When I try to activate my mobile phone (my details are already listed but it says my phone is inactive) I get a message saying it will send a code to my old address. Obviously I no longer live there. Beyond frustrating. Can you please assist.

    Good Morning twilightsection,

Thank you for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulty changing your address and that this has caused you frustration. As your mobile number is inactivate on 365online, you can complete the following form in order to change your address goo.gl/BYfr74

Once your address is up to date you can then request another activation code for you mobile by inputting an incorrect number like '123456' and this will automatically generate a new code which will then be sent to your new address. This will then allow you to add and activate payees instantly, update contact details in the future, 'Pay to Mobile' service and retrieve your User ID if you need it.

I hope this helps and if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Thanks,
    Elaine

Ring 365 and ask them to activate your mobile phone, done it for my father not long ago and was much easier than having to have anything sent out.
