Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello, I sent a question about a 403 error yesterday as the problem has put a halt on develpment of a website. This error seems to be a server error and therefore I cant solve from my side. I tried open chat on the website but this no longer seems to work. I would just like a response to see if ye can fix? if the problem lies on my side? or if I need to switch hosting of the site elsewhere? please let me know thanks..

    Did you open a support ticket with us?

    If so, can you provide the Ticket ID# or if you have yet to open a support ticket please do so by emailing help@blacknight.com and we can look into this for you straight away.

    hello again, same issue again, sent a support query yesterday and its now afternoon and no response, forwarded it this morning just to check ye got it, tried the online chat but no response there, can someone get back to me please as am waiting to install a ssl cert but cannot do this until this issue is resolved..
