Sorry if this is the wrong place..... I'm thinking about getting my lips tattooed. Not like a Kardashian but because I lack some pigment on one side of my upper lip and it makes them look wonky. If anyone could recommend an artist in Dublin or the Leinster area that would be great. Thanks.
