Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Straight spine no curvature issues

Hi. Just wondering if any one out there suffers with this issue. Basically my spine is one straight line from neck to tail bone. I have had many steroid injections, nerve blocks etc. I also have arthritis on my facets. Because I have a tendency to lean slightly forward it puts a lot of pressure on my back and neck muscles…

Hi.

Because I have a tendency to lean slightly forward it puts a lot of pressure on my back and neck muscles and alot of the time they become overworked and inflamed. I hope someone in boards has had this problem and found ways to improve condition.
