Big mussels in Bord Bia advert

The latest print advert for Bia mussels features some particularly plump and luscious-looking mussels. Anyone in the know care to share a source? They're twice the size of any I've seen in some time.

They're probably pumped with liquid to make them look lush. You'd be surprised the extend food stylists go to.

Probably October harvested mussels. This time of year they are not as good as they have spawned and are thin in comparison.
