Upgrade radio in 2004 Honda Jazz

Hey guys,

So the OHs son has a 2004 Honda Jazz, and asked for a new radio for Christmas.

Grand we thought, went to Halfords and got the wrong advice, and ended up with a radio that wouldn't fit, as the fascia needs to change completely.

We've run into problems finding a new fascia which is not a couple of hundred euro, and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on where to source one that might be less expensive?

Did you get a double DIN sized unit?

A dash panel from a Honda Fit Japanese import might be roughly the right size,
