Any recommendations for landscapers

Would anyone be able to recommend a landscaper who does quality work and doesn't charge the earth. we are looking to get railway sleepers put into our garden and to plant some tree's and to possibly re soil the grass (new house so not a good job done on soiling garden)

Peter Smullen of Orby landscaping are very good, I used them twice. They are based in Rush
