Replacing Tektro R580 rear calipers

So the rear calipers of my Felt B16 is wnkd and I'm just wondering if anybody knows what would be a direct replacement part. Was hoping a 6700 Ultegra would fit directly but I don't have enough clearance at the bottom bracket so that plan is out the window. Will I be looking at replacing with tektro again and if I am could…

According to this forum, a Dura Ace 7800 will fit.
