    I suppose you could also ask is their a website where home owners who don't pay builders can be named and shamed. I suspect both sites would run into the same problems ratemysolicitor ran into. One solicitor sued successfully.

    Make sure information is posted somewhere that Google will return them in the search results so that anyone looking to check up on them would find info.

    Just in case anyone gets any notions, Boards is not the place for this sort of thing and anyone who does start naming and shaming will find themselves sitebanned. However if you have deep pockets to fund the legal bill then by all means start your own site and best of luck with it.

    You could maybe get in touch with Conor Pope, he was doing a TV3 show about dodgy traders last year. No harm trying.
