Missing Bill

    My account says:

    Latest Bill
    Bill amount:€134.09Payment method: Direct Debit. Account Credit: €30.00 Next bill due (approx):19th Apr


    Where is my bill for dec/jan due round 8th feb. My last bill was up to the 9th dec.

    My account did say at one point, next bill due 15th feb but you have changed the site layout since then and have to say I much preferred the old layout with gas n electric a/c's being kept totally separate.

    Still no sign of a bill, my last bill in December my meter was read, so there is no reading due on this missing bill.

    Its 80 days now since my last bill.

    I've sent a reading to Gas Networks and it went thru,  there seems to be a total lack
    of communication between them  EI

    No bill available online for JAN/FEB and now it says next bill due: 4th May and amount due €0.00
