Can anyone recommend a kitchen ceiling light to replace a 4 spot bar?

Looking to replace a 4 spot bar fitted on the ceiling in the kitchen with a light that has decent output. The current one is low voltage and 3 of the 4 have 'died', despite bulb replacement. The kitchen is small but would like a decent, preferably LED, that gives good light for working etc.
