Our own Raam is 8 seconds quicker than you

Well, give me his Wilier and take away, say, 40kg... :P

so who is Santy Mozos CeC? or Bueno Bike Lanzarote?
are the opportunists who join multiple groups?

Kudos Whores. Ya, it's nice to get a thumbs up for a big spin but I'm not gone on some lad from Sao Paulo joining clubs in Leitrim whoring 4000 likes for a spin to Spar. Should be kicked off IMHO

In fairness it's not that simple as there is no fee paying equivalent 'real' club where the Admin can restrict membership of the Strava Club to paid up members of the real club. For example, only full members of my own club (McNSCC) can join the Strava club.

If we're going to do the next one in howth, I'd vote for from the non-village side. Less chance of people having to slow for a turning/reversing car, people crossing the road or whatever.

This indeed may be a concern if we do it on a sunny Saturday...

Got my long spin in Friday so had to work off the job jar Saturday morning and never got across...
Will give it a go this week at this week rest assured the podium is safe.....Only ever been up that section once on a tandem so i better beat that time!!

If it was to be a non hill TT Section from Hollystown Roundabout to either Bracetown (8 km) or Rathoath (10 km) would be decent for a normal short TT. No lights to have to stop for. Generally not too busy on a weekend either. All have coffee shops nearby (Bracetown has Clonee and Dunboyne in spitting distance). We could gather outside the Irish Road Haulage Association HQ with headphones if the former.

More importantly, when will I get the opportunity to defend my title? :D

Is that the under 90kg title? :D

I don't quite qualify for that title :D

I don't quite qualify for that title :D
So you're over 90kg? That makes your victory even more impressive. I would have thought you were in the 65-70kg bracket.

I think you misunderstood me, I am definitely not 90kg :) (I'm 63kg for what its worth)

I know - I was being facetious as you did say that you don't qualify for the under 90kg title! :)

It's winner stays on, you have to organise the next one.

Haha, class. I'll try and make the next one and bring a ball so we can have a game of '3 and in' at the top.

Added myself to the list but you can discount me from the results as I did it yesterday morning on a roundabout commute.

Are you giving your time for the correct segment - there is no Boardsie with a time of 16.08 on the leaderboard?

there's no time recorded by anyone yesterday displaying on the list - but as that list only shows PBs, it's quite possible it's not Idleater's fastest attempt yesterday?

It's an automatic handicapping device. He may not be so motivated to win next time.

Good point - I forgot that it only shows fastest times.

BTW - how did you filter to yesterday - I thought 'Today' or 'This Week' was the narrowest it will go.

Headed over to stocking Lane this evening but had rere mech problems on Kilakee road, chain was slipping badly on small ring and hitting off stay. Had to stop, big thanks to guy on Pinarello who stopped to help to loosen up rere mech. Will try it again soon, think rere mech is good to go, gave it a good oul lube when I got back tonight.
