WhatsApp can't send images

    I can't send images over data.

    I can receive them fine, I can sent normal messages fine and I can send the images over WiFi networks.

    I couldn't see any setting in WhatsApp or in my phone that are causing them problem. I've reinstalled WhatsApp and that hasn't worked.

    Any ideas?

    the image loads 3/4 of the way then restarts the loading circle
