Bike to work halfords query Dept education

Hi, I am getting herself a bike with the bike to work scheme through department of education and through halfords. I have the halfords invoice filled out and one of the carbon copies has to be given to my employer, Is this for the school or should this be sent to athlone along with rest of the forms??
