    Hi David, was up in Belfast recently and demo'd with Stephen the MA bronze 2 and
    Marantz MCR611. Any deals on that or also the equivalent yamaha one with MusicCast.

    The MCR611 and the Bronze 2 speakers are excellent together. 
    There currently is a deal on the two items together priced at £529.00 (With £6.99 shipping)

    Hi MAJJ,

    The Yamaha is a very good unit and sounds good but I personally prefer the sound and the features of the Marantz MCR611 having demoed them side by side. Saying that the Bluetooth transmitter is a fantastic feature which a lot of other Micro systems do not have. However as a match for the Bronze 2s, the MCR611 is fantastic.

    We don't advertise a bundle for the CRXN470 with the Bronze 2 - but I'd happily do a Boardie deal on it to reduce the bundle from £577 to just £449.95 / €549..

    Digging up my old thread as it's time, finally, to move forward.
    Not sure if options or tech has moved forward much for mini systems but looking for something similar to the originally quoted marantz MCR611 or Yamaha CRXN470 or other? Need FM,CD, streaming paired with decent but smallish speakers (will unfortunately be wall mounted about 7 ft up) please suggest some options, prices and as always I am open to any open box stuff that you might be tripping over ,thanks
