Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Jose Mourinho hints at making changes: "I have to play Saint-Etienne, I have to play the (League Cup) final, I have to play, hopefully, another game in the Europa League, I have to fight for a top-four position in the Premier League. So I have so many things to think about."

Christophe Galtier : "It’s indeed an important game but not the most important one. Even if we played seriously all the Europa League games, our future is not at stake. But we will do everything we can to get a good result."

I think united win 2-1 martial and rashers

  • Hope to catch the second half
Would really like to see some players rested for Sunday.
But still a job needs to be done. If Jose needs to risk key players then sub them off early if we are winning on the night.

The reason I saw was that Lyon also have a home Europa League match this week, and because Lyon and St Etienne are so close to each other (less than 40km away), one match had to be moved. Lyon finished higher in the league last year, so they get to stay on the normal date and St Etienne are forced to accommodate the change.

UEFA changed it to avoid Lyon and St Etienne both playing at home on the same night. Lyon finished higher in the league last year so their match was given priority and this one moved. Early kick off is to avoid clashing with CL matches

edit: Lord TSC got in there first

Am I the only one who feels the ref is very close to getting in the way of play for both teams? Always seems too close.

Just caught Mrs Crinklewood googling Blind.

  • Surely that's a penalty on Pogba

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Young is a very good back up player at right back.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,593 ✭✭✭✭Trigger

Bit of a push on Pogba there. Could easily have been a peno..

    Bailly misses the next match

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

No Bailly in our next EL game.
