ok...so i have some experience over last year brewing some seasonal wine...

    blacknberry , elder berry....

now i am here looking for advise on brewing a seasonal wine right now.....

but i am looking for the fast forward 2 week wine......the blackberry and elder berry both did not get a chance to age or the like...they were drank back after 2 weeks by hoards of surfers......

so this time i look for the seasoned advice on brewing same....

please can i add the blacker berry tasted like shoe lacquir and the elder berry was like blood with a wicked hangover...but modesty aside the elder berry was the champion......

please....someone out there tell me a two week wine...not from a kit......

basically this is wanting cheap decent healthy wine...ie i will use raw sugar and all seasonal herbs berries to produce something the body cannot condem .....

*****again....(**** 2 week wine.....i brew in batch......

I can't see how it's possible. Even a beer kit needs more than two weeks to mature fully. Maybe someone else here has the knowledge but any wines I make I leave for 6 months minimum.

You might get away with a cider but it will probably still be pretty rough.

Why not go and buy a few litres of the finest white spirits you can find, a few cartons of tropical fruit juice and give it all a big shake?
