Anyone any idea what is happening at the site just down from cumiskeys pub? City side? Wooden hoarding has gone up around a derelict site, looks like building, but there's no site/planning notice up?

There previously was PP for apartments few years back if I remember rightly so maybe they're going ahead again with them now that the recovery is here ðŸ˜‰

I think it's 7 houses being built. Had a quick look at the Dublin City Planning site. http://www.dublincity.ie/AnitePublicDocs/00477551.pdf
