Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
We hired a contractor to build our house 4 years ago. It was completed in November 2013. We have noticed a problem with the plumbing. In the kitchen ceiling there is a couple of damp spots. The pipes run along here so there must be a leak. Just wondering is the contractor still liable after a certain number of years? Thanks in advance.

unless written into a contract that builder covers "latent defects" for a specified period then, nope not liable at all.

latent defects insurance / house insurance should cover it.
