No Power for 34 hours. Fault not staying logged

    Account holder has a disability and can't leave the house.
    Is there any way the repair can me made a priority?

    We're sorry to read this.

    ESB Networks are the people to contact in the case of a power outage. They can be contacted on 1850 372 999, and the line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    They also have a Powercheck app that provides real-time updates.

    We regret to advise that we would unable to provide any information as to the restoration time. However, ESB Networks will be in a better position to assist with this query.

    We would recommend that the account holder fill out a Priority Request form. This form (online here) makes note of customers who require urgent reconnection of their supply during an outage.

    Multiple calls made to esb networks today and yesterday and no one mentioned such a form.

    The form in question is an Electric Ireland form. Electric Ireland pass on the details of these customers directly to ESB Networks.

    As ESB Networks maintain the electricity network regardless of supplier, they are responsible for the supply for all electricty customers. You can find further contact details here.
