How to contact a supervisor in credit control?

Hi, I'm trying to contact a supervisor in credit control, but all I get is that they are very busy and will ring me back in one or two working days. Is there a direct line? Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid there is no direct dial number for them, the credit control team on 1901 are the only team that deal with these issues.
