Potentially in 2 weeks time playing a Cork City team in disarray after there manager Neale Fenn has left the club

Dundalk also in a little bother with fixtures

A win against Shelbourne is a must

At least the game was enjoyable to watch, rather than the usual frustrating experience I have come to expect.
It is a pity they could not achieve a win ...... but if they continue to play like this, and improve along the way, then I will be happy. The results will come if they do.

Rovers and Bohs qualify for Europe for the 21/22 season

    Huge game for us tomorrow

Shelbourne literally fighting for survival today and videos of their supporters going around shows that

A win is the only thing for us or we can say goodbye too Europe

still 0-0 with the clock running down quickly

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,011 ✭✭✭✭Johnboy1951

    balls

only ourselves to blame we should of scored

  • Registered Users Posts: 38,386 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

another home defeat and we only have ourselves to blame

too slow in our play esp near the end of the second half with all the back passing. Our shooting not good enough either

Looks like our European dream is over, Cork away next weekend will be really tough as they will be fighting for survival. Our only hope is win the rest of our games (1 of them at home too Dundalk) and hope the others drop points

Cork are apparently septic. They really should be winning down there.

Our form is so bloody up and down, a win for us is not guaranteed against anyone

Were missing a proper manager atm. Fran Rockett was thrown in the deep end

    Dundalk leading 2-0 against Cork

Dundalk now move into 3rd place with 2 games in hand

Its the Battle for 4th place regarding us. Cork away on Saturday is must win

Unless cork fold overnight that match will 100% be happening. Blues will win. Keep the faith.

Yeah its some pain in the hole

Seems to be an issue with the connection down in turner's cross

From what I saw we were well below par

What the **** has the manager got to do with it? What would a 'proper' manager have brought to tonight's proceedings?

The club is appallingly run and recruitment makes Manchester United look professional.

You're banging on about Europe when the squad is barely good enough to stay up.

no goals in our last 3 games, hardly the form to secure Europe. lack of a goalscorer has killed us

To be fair the form has dropped off a cliff since Sheridan left but i'd agree the club is badly run too and the squad is very poor.

Outside of Rovers and Bohs no other team in the league even deserves Europe as they have all been sh1te

Hopefully we catch Dundalk on the hop next Sunday , there in Europa league action thursday. Tbh we need a better game plan and score a bloody goal or 2

St Pats, Derry and Dundalk of course have games in hand
