Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Konchesky was a poor signing in fairness, good professional or not he was poor to awful for us no other way of looking at it. He was an easy target because he was way out of his depth as a starter for us and nothing since he left Liverpool would have convinced you otherwise....his mother kind of ruined whatever career he could have had at LFC anyway......

Over 15hrs with no posts in here, better than reading a few pages of bickering I suppose......reckon that could easily be later today though!

A Burnley win or draw would make this a busy place I'd imagine.

Think we'll beat Burnley by 4 today........I'll take a 1-0 though. That being said I wouldn't be surprised with a draw or loss either. The joys of supporting LFC.

Win today and get hammered by City.

Really though there's no way to call this game, form and records don't really mean anything to this Liverpool team. We need to start beating the lower teams soon considering after City next week we're done with the top 6. It's hard not to go into this game apprehensive though.

And a loss even busier...all the geniuses will come flooding in

I think we'll be fine today and I haven't felt confident against any of the lower placed teams lately. I think we'll smash them to pieces.

At least we have someone to blame now :):):)

Home games against lesser teams hasn't been an issue this season. Its away games against these teams that's the worry.

I don't think a Burnley loss will be too traumatic in here. You might have read my post wrong I think ;)

I had a feeling that might be coming. :)

They have 2 points away from home all season...if we can't beat them we might as well just end the season now because we'll deserve nothing from it.

    Swansea.

    Never forget.

Ye was at that one. Your always going to get a game or two a season when you get a poor result. That performance was totally out of character with every other home game and we still did enough to win. The away games a bit of a common theme has developed with them though.

You are as pessimistic as I am. :)

We don't know how to break down a defence that sits tight and waits for an odd chance. We've been like that for years. No plan B.

I'll take a win but it looks like a 0-0 to me.

I'd be delighted. Worst case scenario, I think he'd do a very good job for us for a few years. Maxi Rodriguez style.

He obviously has a hell of a lot of potential, though.

Any idea on fee? Haven't seen much of him but looks a player!

This could possibly end our interest in Keita.(If there was any in the first place)
Liverpool target Naby Keita was rushed to hospital on Saturday after collapsing on the pitch during his club RB Leipzig’s 1-0 defeat to Wolfsburg.
The 22-year-old was observed overnight after dropping to the turf at the Red Bull arena with no one around him.

Well, I won't be believing it until I see Indykaila confirming it.

Alonso the legend used his retirement speech to remind Ancelotti of liverpools legendary comeback in the Champions League final.

Where are you getting this from? This is literally the only place I've seen it mentioned and I think I have cast my net wide. I've been sick for a couple of days and offline so may have missed it then but not a thing today.

Would it cost more to buy when you are buying outside of the transfer window. I presume you pay a premium to reserve the right to transfer when the window opens

Doubt very much that Brandt has signed. Leverkusen have just appointed an interm trainer and Voller clearly stated no deals will be done until the new trainer for next season is in place. Add to that the fact that Bayern, Dortmund, Juve and Barca have all been linked with him in the German press and Leverkusen can well match Liverpool wages wise.....

Personally think he wont make it in England....lad doesnt like it to physical from what I have seen of him playing.

Lovren is turning into a sneaky sicknote. Seems to be picking up constant niggles.

    Shame Flanagan can't play.

The more he's played this season the worse Klavan has been getting.

Liverpool on course to lose their first home game against a newly promoted team since 2010/11 season.

The loss to Blackpool was one of Roy Hodgsons final games in charge.

I'm pretty sure that was around October time.

It was. He had a few more games in charge, till he got the bullet in January.

Absolutely pathetic and not one player on the bench good enough to come on and change things.

Tell you what is worse than signing the wrong player.. Having no real options on the bench.
