Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I feel dirty just reading that.

On the bright side, every year we could start planning for next season once April rolled around.

West Ham have shown that the grass is definitely not always greener.
They do have a very likeable manager mind you.

Don't know why we're laughing at them tbh...they're a very well run club.

    **** em though.

If they do play all their home games at Wembley next year given the way they've played there over the last few years they'll be fighting relegation next season.

They'll do anything to win a trophy at this stage. #Championship

According to some of the papers today Mr Sturridge is plotting a move out of Liverpool and he wants to talk to West Ham.

Maybe he thinks there's better hospitals in London.

Makes a change from us doing it from January or February in most years recently.

Wish he'd keep mind on the job in hand. He can change the timing belt on his car in his own time.

As things stand, Utd now 3 pts behind us with a game in hand, inferior GD by 4.
If they go on to pick up 3 pts today I reckon how we deal with the Palace game will be a decent indicator of where the squad is.

Without Mane, Henderson, Lallana and maybe Lucas, Matip and Klavan Crystal Palace is by no means an easy fixture.

Thought Lallana was close to returning, obviously not for today by your post, ****

    Utd impressive so far.

    Very nice break away goal.

    Dont look tired at all.

Is it Deffo Lovren and Gomez?

Klopp mentioned in the press conference that he wouldn't play today, press con' was Thurs though so maybe he might feature. Haven't read anything since.

I think we might see a Gomez and Lovren CB pairing, potentially grim if Benteke is up for this.

With Matip, Lucas and Klavan all deemed doubts 3 days ago you'd hope at least one of them is fit.

But is Lucas or Klavan better than either Lovren or Gomez at CB?

    Yeah, that's done.

Burnley don't look at the races at all.

    Sakho can't play today right?

    Sakho can't play today right?

Only if United win the Europa League and Leicester win the Champions League.

Do you think Liverpool are likely to be 3-0 up with 5 minutes to play? :D

Hopefully he'll get on in injury time just for the laugh, if he scores Ben Woodburn will not be happy! :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,953 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

There might be an actual chance for Grujic to get some minutes!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Remember when Sturridge was only second to Aguero, and people thought Spurs would be lucky to have him over Kane?

The club should probably pull their finger out on that swap.

When I see Mr Sturridge's name these days all I hear is the start of Stone Cold Steve Austin's theme music..

Origi isn't that far off being brilliant but there's just something missing.

He always seem to cock up right when he's about to do something amazing.

****s his keks every time he plays Palace. He's simply not good enough at this level.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,121 ✭✭✭PaddyWilliams

Can has a lot to answer for there too, letting Benteke go so easily.

Our flaws are there for all to see. He can't sit there and lie cause its the same things we are failing at over and over again.

The most Liverpool thing ever. We're gonna throw top 4 away aren't we? I'm still furious with the Coutinho chance, if he just went down he'd get a penalty but the ref's are so incompetent that they can't see a foul unless a player falls over.

Is there a worse team than Liverpool at bombarding the opposition box in the final minutes when a goal down?

    This is it.

    Still Watford away to come.

So much work needed. Utd barely broke a sweat today.

    We should be very worried.

I care about what he produces which is very little.

But, the way he does it isn't a sort of consistent atrociousness but rather he does 3/4 of a good thing, like dribbles past 4 lads, but then the cross/shot is ****.

Or he'll do really good hold up play but either hold onto the ball too long, pick the wrong pass or misplace the pass altogether.

He's got quality but he's incredibly inconsistent and not just game to game but second to second.

What a shower of bottlers. Lovren was absolutely dire. Kept trying to dive in to nick the ball and was made a mug out of. Just stay goal side Dejan.

Need United to lose some of those big games they have left now.
