Missing chaps payment

    Hi we sent a payment from our business account to a uk lawyer who banks with natwest.

    Payment sent via chaps on 17 feb.

    Payment still not received as of today but has left our account and not been reversed.

    What can be done please?

    Can I ask if you made this payment on 365Online or on Business Online? Also, was this transfer being made from a business Euro current account or a Business Sterling account?

    It was business online

    It was from a business sterling account to a business sterling account

    I will PM you a copy of the transfer

    AFAIK you have to have a certain no.of posts before you can send a pm.
