Short term rental - but not sure how short!

    Hey guys

I've moved back to Dublin after being re-assigned in another country for the last few years. It's a bit up in the air as to whether I'll be moving back out of Dublin again in the short to medium, as we have some various international projects.

I was lucky enough to get an apartment in the city centre for a month and a half for a pretty reasonable rate (comparatively speaking - €1,600 a month).

Bit stymied as to what to do next. I don't want to enter into a lease, but short term rentals in the city centre are crazy expensive. Air BNB (which I've used before for monthly rentals) is still looking at €4K a month in Dublin!?!

I know - apartment-share or move further away would be my options, but if anybody knows of some good short term rental options, it would be good to hear.

    Thanks

Try Clancy Quay or similar short term lets.

Are you working in Dublin? Would you consider contacting someone in a low demand place like the midlands on daft.ie and ask would they take you on a short term lease with a premium of 25-40% over the monthly rate.
