Tingling in forearm during artist tension

    Hi,

I get a tingling, numbness, weakness and ultimately painful sensation in my forearm, along the radius (thumb side) towards the hand/wrist.

I get it when the wrist is working/under tension, for example when holding a heavy kettlebell upside down for goblet squats and trying to keep it there. Also for strict pull ups. I am aware that sometimes we cheat the end of a pull up by flexing the wrist, but I have checked and insured that my wrists stay neutral throughout the movement.

Any ideas of what it could be and what to do about it?!

    Thanks!
