Account closed, still looking for payment

    Hi All

    Ex-Eir customer. Account closed approx 6 months. Had payment by direct debit (never actually cancelled) and Eir took all monies as requested.

    Still get requests for payment, then an ammended invoice few weeks later for negative amount. Latest batch little bit more aggressive, telling me i missed payments, overdue etc.

    I cant log in online as my account is now closed and access denied.

    Can somebody please contact me so i can PM my details to get this resolved for once and for all.

    I am also having the exact same problem. I'm getting stroppy emails saying payment is overview, but on myeir the account is closed and I cant pay it - not that there should be anything to pay. The final bill was paid by direct debit, which I haven't cancelled. Which rep should I PM to look into this??
