    Hi,
    My bills are currently e-bills , could I get a one off posted bill sent out to my address please?
    I need it for identification purposes.

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We do need to make you aware that we can only issue a black and white reprint of your bill. Will this be sufficient?

    If you would like us to arrange this, please send us a private message with the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)

    We can then arrange to send you to copy of the bill.
