Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Leicester rolling back the years months. Still expect Liverpool to win this.

Excellent strike, Mignolet had no chance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,024 ✭✭✭✭~Rebel~

I recall people saying Rodgers can't get a team to defend wait till klopp gets in he will sort it out
18 months later we are defending worse
Klopp needs two new centre backs badly

The options we have can work, but they can't be put in situations where they're shortcomings get so easily exposed.

    And, cock.

Again the ball is cleared directly into the middle of the pitch and there's no Liverpool player there to try and get it.

Klopp needs to show some fight, some big names need a talking to. We are handing a CL spot to United.

its the usual.... is your team down near the bottom? you need a few points yeah? play Liverpool so.... sickened...

any team that plays a physical game against us usually gets some points.... :(

    Pressure building on Klopp.

I dont know is it Leicester reacting to the sacking or Liverpool just been dire, probably a mix of both TBH.

    Bloody Pathetic.

    Whats the excuse the wind?

    This is not acceptable

No clear leader on the Liverpool team now to bring Liverpool back into this match.

Bar the Spurs game, the present Liverpool malaise is as bad as anything under Rodgers.

In fairness who could be blamed for the 2nd goal, it was a wonder strike.

Last time I looked you were not in champions league places.

    Im losing patience with Klopp.

This is not a team thats improving.

They are going backwards and we wont be 4th the way things will pan out.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,465 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

Everything we try is in hope, no conviction in our play, no certainty in what we are doing.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

liverpool are dire tonight. clueless at the back and creating nothing up front.

Lucas at CB is always going to be risky, one of the slowest players in the league vs one of the quickest.

They'll need aCB or 2 in the summer to play alongside Matip.

Making Leicester look like their selves of old.
A goal back might make them crumble, cant see it coming.

The hungrier team is winning pretty easily here.
Winning most of the challenges, faster to the breaking ball and more inventive.
Liverpool are slow and lethargic tonight.

6 pts from 21 games, was it that bad under Rodgers?
Also we were title challengers 7 games ago, not playing for nothing towards the end of a poor season.

Pathetic stuff, and I'll reiterate, I don't see how we can possibly get back into this game. "Score a goal" says some, yeah, easier said than done lads.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,024 ✭✭✭✭~Rebel~

God we're soooo sloowwwww going forward now. We just wait for them to form up, like we're giving their defence a head start, then we dutifully pass around the box and ineffectually cross or shoot.

Title challenge? What is this? November?

  • Had said already Liverpool would suffer without Henderson
Thoroughly deserved for Leicester so far

You need to look at the manager to set the standards. The standard tonight has been shocking and the players need to hear about it big time. He needs to get very tough on these players and the owners need to stand behind that toughest.

Why are Liverpool so lethargic? Surely it's a simple thing to inject a bit of pace. Also their minds look slow. It's so predictable.
