Hi. A quick question, and I'm totally unsure if what I would like, is a flier at all.

We have a mortgage with UB (tracker approx €80K left and 10 years to go at ~0.8% interest, not exactly sure but around that)

The value of the house would be €200-€220K at present.

We are looking at a property that we would be interested in advertised for €284K so.....

As I am 53, would we

    (a) be laughed out the door
    (b) declined as we are still servicing two car loans even though we are currently saving almost €1K per month?
    (c) Potentially in with a chance of the loan but would lose the tracker
    (d) be able to take out an additional mini mortgage for the balance of €60k+?
