    Hi, Am unable to log in to 365 online using Chrome, Firefox, or from the app on my Android mobile. What's going on?

    Still down, no notice on the site, nothing I can see on twitter. No ETA when it will be fixed. ]
    Should be an alert system on their home page.

    can not login, have important transfers to make....

    can we please have a ETA of when will this be fixed? In this day and age, a digital payments platform can not have a downtime for so long, as a lot of people rely on the service.

    also I can not understand why there is not a warning in the website telling customers the service is having problems. It's the least one could expect.

    Same here. It went through the first few screens as normal, ie accepted details, then got no further.

    Why is BOI ignoring all above questions, not one has been answered.
     
    In today’s World online banking is a very important tool and if it’s not working it would be nice to know why and an approximate time as to when it will be available again.
     
    BOI CAN YOU GIVE SOME UPDATES???

    Just got in after about 45 mins trying, site is very sluggish...

    Serious back end IT issues it would appear. 

    BOI need to inform their customers.

    Still can't log here have a credit card issue to check and on hold for at least ten minutes when trying to call them - useless!

    Yep same problem. Bank of Ireland reps can you please respond to customers? No notice anywhere of what is going on and when it will be rectified, just not good enough especially after yesterday issues.

    They are too busy tweeting the same reply several times a minute to everyone complaining. 
    Terrible way to notify customers of problems. Nothing on the home page about a major outage...

    Its one of the countries major banks that people rely on...Its a farce

    Having the same problem and transfers are due today. Called their machine telephone line. Finally got through to a person who blamed my internet supply and after I said it couldn't be, informed me I was using the wrong telephone number (last 4 digits code) when for years I had used the same number fine. Used the alternative phone number, locked the account as wrong code used (and this was with the painfully slow "waiting for website to respond" times). Contacted the phone number again, figured out how to get to a live human person. She said I would have to change my PIN, changed it (I didn't want to change it) and it *still* doesn't let me in. Tweet BOI to receive the same reply everyone else got. No pinned tweet or ackinowledgment anywhere of the problem from BOI. I'll be switching to AIB shortly. The fact BOI hasn't even responded to this thread infuriates me.

    13:40 and managed to get in but log in process was very slow.

    Wonder if BoI are the subject of a Denial of Service Attack?
